Without question the finest Lebanese restaurant in the city, Al Sultan Brahim at The St. Regis Doha is also one of the most remarkable restaurants in Doha. Al-Sultan Brahim restaurant was founded in 1968 in a wonderful location in Jnah on the coastline of Beirut. It was the dream project of the three El-Ramy brothers, Elias, Brahim and Chaker, whose main aspirations was quality, taste and value. The brothers took extreme care in choosing the best of fresh fish and other ingredients for the delightful dishes they offered. This combination along with an impeccable service, made a huge hit of the restaurant. To the extent of, the original location in Jnah, becoming a landmark referred to by the name “Al-Sultan Brahim” until today, although the restaurant had moved to Antelias in the late 1970’s. In 2003, a second Al-Sultan Brahim opened in Downtown Beirut and at the beginning of 2012, Al-Sultan Brahim opened its crown jewel, a majestic structure, embracing the waters of Jounieh bay, at Kfaryassine. Guests and visitors can savor this legendary cuisine, prepared by a chef trained by the master at the Jnah restaurant. In addition to a truly exceptional Lebanese menu, Al Sultan Brahim features a seductive selection of Arak and Lebanese wines. Once the appetite has been satisfied, guests and visitors are invited to retire to the terrace overlooking the pool to partake of the Shisha water pipe and contemplate whatever they wish.
